No harm asking USEM for an earlier schedule but there's also the airline (if they will let you fly).

Sorry, pregnancy is not a reason to expedite.

I suggest you have a look at the CRBA requirements

good luck

thanks guys for all the prompt response.. yeah i seen its like if its really need medical attention then if got a proof then it might b expedite, well im not hoping that there should b a reason for my case to b expedite ( i mean i was pregnant but i want to stay healthy same as the baby inside my womb).... if ever i give birth here n the phils, what gona happen to the newborn, i mean does my fiance need to file other petition ? just to make sure that we could bring the baby ... what should we need to do?

If the baby is born there u guys would need to do a crba /consular report of birth abroad, to get the baby a us passport, some consulate require a DNA.....u can check the cbra forum not every country require the same things

Assuming your fiancé meets the requirements for derivative citizenship to your child, you'll file for the baby's US passport.

good luck

PS - You might need to update your financials as you'll have a baby by the time the interview comes around.

There is no expedite for being pregnant. You must have a medical reason, which is supported by documents.

While pregnancy is not a valid reason for expedite, you can always call the Embassy or have your fiance call the USEmbassy and see if they can reschedule your interview early.

Agree!

If it was included in the expedite criteria, there would likely be a lot more pregnancies........
