Aloha Friday!

Hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving. I know I did. So, to my question.

I'm in the middle of making a I-129F and I just found out that my fiance has already been petitioned before by her parents who used to reside in the US. I believe Cali. However, they both have been deceased for 7 years now. So, does that mean the petition has been terminated since the Petitioners are no longer living? And if so, am I good to go to file the I-129F Fiance Visa or is there some sort of procedure I need to do? Was there a guidance put out for this?
