Going Home to PH with GC STAMP ONLY

I already bought my ticket going back home to PH which will be on Dec7 Saturday. I arrived here on August 2013 with F43 Category. We paid for the greencard but UNTIL NOW, IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET. I only have the stamp which says "UPON ENDORSEMENT SERVES AS TEMPORARY I-551 EVIDENCING PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR 1 YEAR." I'm planning to get married with my boyfriend in the PH so that I can take him here with me.

Here are my worries: SINCE I DON'T HAVE A GREEN CARD YET, WILL I HAVE PROBLEMS COMING BACK TO USA?

ALSO, WILL I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY NAME AND DOCUMENTS SINCE I'M ALREADY MARRIED?

The stamp on your visa serves as your temporary GC for one year. You will not have a problem coming back to US. Once filing for the petition you need your marriage certificate or proof of name change along with your passport.
