I have noticed people, whose application were accepted on 27th September are already in the Post-Decision stage. We haven't recieved the NOA2 yet. Does it have to do with our petition being for a same-sex couple? Are there any other gay couples in the post desicion stage here? :)

Like you, I applied for K1 for my partner who's in China right now since Aug. 13, 2013 hoping that some day both of us will be together for good. We received our NOA2 on Oct. 07, 2013 and of this writing, he is currently preparing and in the process of scheduling for his visa interview and medical examination.

Just be patient and things will fall right into place for both of you. The best of luck!

Nope, you know there was a few same sex couples that filed after me that got approved before me.

A little advice from a person that learned this the hard way, don't base your expectations of your approval on how fast others get approved. You're setting yourself up for disappointment. You will get yours soon. Best of luck <3
