I have a direct experience with the monster in this story.

Back in 2010/2011 my Ex started taking our children (3 teenage girls and a 6 year old Son) to see him during our divorce. After the very first visit and they visited me for my weekend, they all unanimously begged me to not let them go back to this child molester.

They all said that he was scary and made them uncomfortable. My Son actually pissed his pants when it’s time to go back there and Mr. Hodgkiss even chased one of my Daughters around his parking lot because she refused to go into his office. What sane therapist will block the door to his office with a chair and trap his patient in there so that they can’t escape?

I contacted Mr. Hodgkiss and explained this concern to him.

I was concerned that he didn't get my permission (we had joint custody) and that my Wife did not use someone on the health insurance that I am already paying for. Those two things set off an alarm in my mind. I called about 5 therapists and they all stated that no child should be treated unless they have both parents permission and they encouraged me to contact the licensing board.

I wrote a letter to the State Board and they opened an investigation, which of course went nowhere. I did some research and found out that he also had previous sanctions with the licensing board. This was not his first time. He felt boldened because he already gotten away with it once before.

Ex Wife and her Lawyer went to court and basically tried to paint me as a disgruntled Ex who didn’t want the kids to get therapy. Luckily the court was able to see though their thin veil and did not rule in their favor. She had to look for another therapist.

I guess after I left Texas for another job she started taking them back there again even though our divorce decree specifically forbid him treating our children by name.

Well Mr. Hodgkiss, state of Texas, Collin family county courts, I win and you all lost. You were all harboring a CHILD MOLESTER.

I wonder if the other nice Texan folks in jail know what you’re doing time for. Maybe someone ought to alert them. ninja3.gif

As a recent Dallas-area expat, I hope he dies from the 24-hour @ss-pounding he's to receive soon.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
