Great!!! My PD is September 30th 2013, I received my approval in 44 days, some people has more luck than others, and some people pray more than others. It is a terrible journey but lets get some hope

Hi shadowlfex, i check my ceac but its not yet ready for me to pay. Whats the status of your ceac?

Hi Kittykait, I have just filled and submitted the form ds-261 online. I can see the Affidavit of support fee is available for payment on my own portal but unfortunately I am not the petitioner so i cannot make the payment. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

I have been waiting for my case# and IIN since Dec 2013.

I got NOA2 on Dec 9, 2013 and still now don't hear anything yet from NVC. My husband has been calling them at least 2x a week but they still ask us to wait for 1 more month. It seems 'normal' because i some people got it 6-8 weeks after NOA2. Everybody has different case so the best thing to do right now is KEEP WAITING FOR A MIRACLE TO COME. LOL

My pd is nov18 and noa2 approved last feb6. Called nvc and they told me that they received my case last Feb17, but dont have the case # yet. Do you think i need to call them again or just wait for 30days?

Just've got off the phone with the NVC. The rep told me that they were working on generating forms and invoices for our case. He couldn't give any time frame, but said that meant the priority date was going to become current in several months. So here we are, waiting for the instructions from the NVC.
