I brought my wife here on a Fiancee Visa. We got married in May of 2005. She got her Perm. Resident Card on 1/4/06 and it has an expiration date of 2008. Her daughters are currently 20 and 22. From what I have read I don't think I can petition for them because they weren't under 18 years of age before the marrige. Can my wife petition for them?

Your wife files the petition, it is family second pref, and can take several years to get a visa number from NVC.

Family Second Preference (F2): Spouses, minor children, and unmarried sons and daughters (over age 20) of lawful permanent residents. (114,200) At least seventy-seven percent of all visas available for this category will go to the spouses and children; the remainder will be allocated to unmarried sons and daughter
