F1 OPT reached 90days unemployment

Hi

I am an F1 student with Post OPT beginning sep 5, 2013 to jul 7,2014. I found a part time job but it is less than 20hrs which violates the requirements. I have accumulated almost 90 days (Dec 3 is the 90th day) and will have to get married to my fiance sooner than we had expected if I do not find another part time job...So more than likely next week.

My question is will there be any problems with paper work?

When filling up the forms what do I put under my status? F1 OPT or something else? Also, what must I put in the expiration date?

What do I need to do? File AOS? When do I need to submit everything? How soon?

Do I need to wait for my Marriage certificate before I can send application for AOS?

DO I need to change my SSN number that I received under F1 OPT?

Where and when do I get medical exam to submit?

Firstly, you do not have to get married immediately, overstays are forgiven if you marry a USC when it comes to AOS.

No, not if you fill out everything correctly, pay the correct fees, have proof of a relationship.

OPT/Dates are sufficient. You cannot file until you are married though.

What do I need to do? File AOS? When do I need to submit everything? How soon?

As I said earlier, you can get married now, or later, overstays are generally forgiven when legally in the US and you marry a USC.

Do I need to wait for my Marriage certificate before I can send application for AOS?

Yes, they want a copy of your marriage cert.

DO I need to change my SSN number that I received under F1 OPT?

No.

Where and when do I get medical exam to submit?

You need to find a doctor who can do it, you can look that up on the USCIS website, get this out of the way now. We didn't know my partner needed a medical exam and got a RFE for it. Get it done before you send in your paperwork, make copies of everything in case anything gets lost.
--Only thing I want to mention, once your OPT expires you CANT work any longer.
