Hi everyone,

I graduated from UNI this year (May) and I received my post OPT EAD card which started Sept 5. I have a job but it is less than 20 hrs which goes against USCIS requirements and counts as unemployment days. I am looking for a second job to fulfill the 20 hrs requirement. I have mentioned that I am married to a USC...does this affect by job opportunities in anyway? Will there be a problem when it comes to starting a new job with my F1 OPT EAD card? Some have mentioned that I can keep current job but nothing was mentioned about starting a new job. Is it legal to start with a new job? PLease let me know. I really need to know the answer ASAP as I do not want to do anything illegally.
