Oh..By the way, is it ok to file the adjustment of status AFTER 90 days of POE? Or is it required to file before our 90days expire? Thanks :-)

No, you can file it any time. You only have to get married within the 90 days. However, you don't have any legal residency status once the 90 days expire until you do file.

Sorry about this 2 questions but i am really confused about this one. I know that i will fill up the forms (i485, i1145, i131 i765, g325a) for the adjustment of status, my questions:

1. Do i still have to fill up the 5 forms for my 4 year old son too?

2. Will i use my MARRIED NAME in filling up this 5 forms?

Thanks in advance! :-)

You will complete the same REQUIRED FORMS for your son, I would also suggest completing the optional I-131 (its free to file with the I-485)

You use your legal name for completing any and all forms, that would be your married name.
