SOOOOOOO Happy for you guys... we have been waiting after my fiancé way approved for 86 or so days now... praying and hoping.... our wedding is Fed 1st I really hope he gets here soon!! congrats and enjoy!!!

- Expired March 2013

WASTED A YEAR FIGHTING THE DENIEL

MARRIED MARCH 15, 2013

1-130 Approved 3/3/2014 :-)

Finally made it home 3/18/2014

07/11/2012: I returned to the U.S. with our 2 children. Started working.

08/01/2012 - 01/01/2013: Talked to various lawyers; saved for lawyer filing fee - complete waste of time.

02/01/2013: Found VisaJourney

02/14/2013: Mailed paperwork to Chicago Lockbox

02/21/2013: NOA 1

06/17/2013: INFOPASS

Thank you all for all your kind words. It means so much to me. It has been such a long journey for us and I can't believe its almost over. Now we just wait for the visa to be issued and pray we don't get put into AP!! Case status was updated again today and still says Ready so maybe that's a good thing.
