I got notice of an RFE for my AOS sent last Friday. It has me wondering! I hope we can sort it out quickly. I will try & get my W2s for last year from my old employer. That's all I can think it might be? I was living in England until November 2005 anyhow, so no W2s from there...

I"m excited though, that the AOS RFE was sent out only 8 days after NOA1, which seems to be quick.

We got the letter yesterday for biometrics, and it's scheduled for this Friday. They sure don't give you time to plan, do they?

I'm sorry to hear about the RFE but it must nice to know that they're working on your papers rather quickly.

We have roughly the same timeline and I also just got my Biometrics letter yesterday. And, no, they don't seem to give much notice because mine is scheduled next week. Not that I'm complaining though. :)

Hey, I added you as a friend so we track each other's progress but can you fill in your timeline? There's not many AOS timelines up, and it's very beneficial if they are!

I added you as a friend, too. :)

I tried to fill out my timeline before (and I tried doing it again this morning) but since I'm not a K1/K3/CR1 visa applicant, there were fields that I couldn't fill out and I didn't want to skew the data by filing it out incorrectly. I also tried to leave the inapplicable fields blank but it won't let me continue so I just stopped there and put my timeline on my signature instead. :(
