I’m really curious about the uscis and the guidelines on the I-129F.

Initially with my application (1) i send my biography page of my passport and pages showing the stamps (entry and exit) . i went even further and translate them at a certified translator.

(2) Two letter to intend one for me and one for my fiancée

(3) I send a letter explain who we met

(4) I send the contact of the engagement party. (Did not bother to send pictures)

(5) My divorce certificate.

NOW I GOT AN RFE:

THE REASON IS………… they want proof we met in the past two years!!!!

MY RESPOND TO RFE WAS :

  1. I send all my passport pages (cover to cover)
  1. Send 50 pictures of the engagement party and other places we visited
  1. Letters of witness people to our engagement.
  1. 600 pages of whats up

THE QUESTION IS !!!WHY USCIS OFFICER not convinced of the initial evidence, my passport stamps even though that i only send my biographic and pages shows the stamps’

While others applicant got approved only with copy of the entry and exit stamps and................. there is not standers no guidelines, I wanna here your thoughts pls

It is my impression that many of these subtle differences are due to individual interpretations of their (USCIS) guidelines by the individual adjudicators. Due to the interviewing consulate that we knew could be difficult (Guangzhou, China), we "front-loaded" our petition, i.e., gave them more than ample information at the initial petition submission. Many folks are fortunate and are able to get by with the minimum. Our feeling was to give them what they want, in spades, and thereby hopefully avoid an RFE or extended AP. It has worked well for us thus far in our immigration journey...NO RFEs. As that your case will be completed at a MENA country, known for evidence and prolonged AP issues, it may behoove you to adopt the "give it to them in spades" attitude too. Check out the MENA Regional forum for information and suggestions about dealing with MENA embassy/consulates.

At least you know that someone is looking at your case.....

YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

600 pages of WhatsApp don't prove you have met in the 2 years prior of filling the petition, neither do photographs. They're both considered secondary evidence. If you can, provide copies of boarding passes of the trip you made to be with your fiance. I'm assuming you've only been together once in the previous 2 years?

The K1 journey:                                                                                                                             The AOS journey:

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

06/19/2015 - Wedding (L)

The ROC journey:

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

The N-400 journey:

02/16/2020 - N-400 application filed online

02/21/2020 - Paper NOA received in the mail

03/13/2020 - Biometrics

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

Copying all pages of the passport make it clear that those stamps actually belong to you, and are not taken from another passport.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

When was your meeting? it has to be BEFORE the date of the application, it sounds like you will get a denial, and what you did was file and then meet??? that is not allowed, Meet FIRST and then file the applicaiton, no way to apeal this one. refile after you get your denial letter.

it's not a denial it's RFE. AND WE MEET AND WE HAD AN OFFICIAL ENGAGEMENT PARTY. AND STAMPS TO PROFF THAT I WAS THERE TWO TIMES.
