I'll doing the paper to sponsor my parent who currenlly in Vietnam to the US.

I don't know how long does it take from to date you submit till interview?

And Do I need to submit a original document or just a photocopy?

You have to be a USC, send in copies of birth certificates for both

with petition filled out individually and payment for each parent with

separate checks or money orders for each

Start with Form I-130, application fee, photocopy of your naturalization certificate/photocopy of your passport, photocopies of your birth certificate, your parent's birth certificates and their marriage certificate. If their civil documents are written on different language other than English, provide a translation copy. Send it to the appropriate Lockbox.
