Hi,

I have received my EAD last month. I also applied for advance parole for travelling outside USA. But I have not received any separate "Advanced Parole Document". But at the bottom of my EAD card it says that "SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE". Could anyone please tell me that is that enough for me to travel outside the country while my AOS is in process? OR should I have any another document to carry during my travel?

Any idea?

Thanks.

Hi,

What you have there is called the "combo card" it serves both as your work permit/EAD and Advance parole.

You will be able to travel and come back to the States with this card.

Check the information from USCIS that comes along with the combo card and you'll see what I mean.

Hope this helps
