Yes, do go and be there with him. It will do you good just by being there and it will do him good by having you there even if he is still unconscious. May he enjoy a quick and uneventful recovery so that the two of you can get back to your happy life together.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your warm wishing and thoughts - they really do mean a lot to me!

Latest news is that Wyatt is still on support. He has been back from theatre for about 8 hours now, but his body has not warmed up enough yet for them to wake him up. They are working towards it and once he reaches normal body temperature, they will attempt to wake him up. For now, I'm happy that he is out of theatre and although at this stage I do not know what went on in theatre, I can at least breath better knowing he is stable!

I will be seeing the surgeon tomorrow and be told all that went on and what the outcome is. I'm just sooooooooooooooo happy he came through it :dance: .

I'ts so strange him not being here! I keep looking at his chair and his side of the bed and it seems so weird that he's not here! Hopefully, it wont be long before he comes out and we can get 2007 moving with a far better start!!

Thank you all again, and I will certainly keep you informed of how he is when he wakes up.

14 May - NOA for AOS (online 11 May) (and rejection for EAD (forgot to tick a box))!

17th May - sent EAD back

25 Jun - (AOS & EAD) Fingerprints and bio's at Philly

8th Jul - E-Filed for AP - NOA1 given 3 hours later

4th Aug - RFE for AP (via e-mail) documents lost!

6th Aug - RFE for AP via e-mail

9th Aug - Resent AP with new documents

16th Aug - NOA1 for AP received by post

24th Aug - AP APPROVED (via e-mail)

2nd Sep - AP arrives in mail!

10th Sep - EAD transferred to Vermont

16th Sep - Received NOA1 transfer to Vermont

20th Oct - DENIED EAD! :( entered wrong code -20th May - AOS Interview Date - NOT going. 28th June - GOING HOME TO UK

27 Apr 07: Got Married

14 May 07: Received SSN

04 June 07: GOT A JOB!!

16 June 07: Wedding Reception in San Francisco

13 August 07: Got new EAD

23 November 07: Adjustment of Status approved

25 December 07: First white Christmas EVER!!!!

27 Apr 08: First Wedding Anniversary

4 July 08: Mt Rushmore for 4th July

I missed this thread when it started, but just wanted to say, that its great news that he got through it, and is in recovery. Here's hoping for a much brighter 2007, for you and Wyatt,..

The timeline... (Frankfurt) for the kids visas

10/22/2007 Filed I-130 x 2 in person + paid 710 USD (355 each )

10/22/2007 Filed DS-230 part 1 x 2

10/22/2007 Received the document checklist and FRN (case) numbers

12/18/2007 I-130 petition approved, but I didn't know. I was away at the time, didn't get confirmation letters til I got back from the states.

12/20/2007 Notice of Approval arrives in tha mail. According to the date received stamp on back of envelope at my post box.

Will now wait til hubby is back from Iraq to fax in checklist readiness, even though, I have been ready since day of lodging I-130's. all except medical.

02/18/2008 Faxed the "checklist" back to the consulate.

02/25/2008 Medicals completed.

02/25/2008 Appt letters in mail for appt on March 7th. Cant go due to prior military commitments. Emailed consulate and received an amended appt date of March 12th 2008.

03/12/2008 Visa interview - APPROVED x 2

03/27/2008 Visa's finally generated. I emailed the consulate. they apologised for the delay. They forgot to issue the visas after approval.

03/31/2008 Received visas

04/26/2008 Flying out of Frankfurt to next duty station on orders.
