Can a U.S. Permanent Resident work in Canada?

You'd need a Canadian work visa for starters.. Otherwise, if its a short term job, it should be ok. Just noticed you're in VT. Would it be just across the border so you'd be living in the US, but working in Canada? If you'd be living in Canada for the job, I'd be a bit concerned about length of time spent living abroad.

I assume that you are a Canadian citizen then no work visa is needed

Would you live in Canada? That might be a problem

I am not in Vermont. Not sure where you found that info?? lol

I wanted to live and work in Canada for less than 6 months. Any helpful links with info would be appreciated. :)
