Still nothing at NVC - Was approved Nov 5th

My fiance in Texas got our NOA2 approval in the mail on the 5th November, we obviously used the Dallas service center (SRC) but I called the NVC again today and they still have nothing, does anyone have any ideas?

Did you check your receipt number on USCIS and see they tell you that they shipped your case to NVC yet?

If they didn't said yet maybe the USCIS isn't sending your case to NVC yet!

You could email to NVC and when NVC get your case, they will send you an email back to let know case number!

13 Sep 2013: Sent I-129F to USCIS

30 Sep 2013: Received receipt number (SRC- Texas service)

11 Oct 2013: Alien registration number was changed

28 Oct 2013: I-129F was approved

2 Nov 2013: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail

7 Nov 2013: USCIS sent petition to NVC

14 Nov 2013: NVC sent case number via email

18 Nov 2013: NVC sent petition to consulate in HCMC

20 Nov 2013: Case status on CEAC_ Ready, and waiting for Instruction package.

29 Nov 2013: Got the Instuction Package (Package 3).

6 Dec 2013: Sent the package 3 to U.S Consulate.

11 Dec 2013: The U.S Consulate got the package 3.

Since the process has sped up the NVC step is taking longer than NVC as USCIS is approving people faster than they can deliver. Its averaging about 4-5 weeks at the moment and you're in ur 3rd week so i would say wait till 5 December before contacting them again but your case is nothing out of the ordinary.

14 November 2013 - Sent I-129F Package

18 November 2013 - NOA1 (4 days after sending package)

21 November 2013 - Recieved Text and E-mail with Case Number NOA1

25 November 2013 - Received NOA1 Hardcopy in Mail

25 November 2013 - Alien Registration Number Changed

14 January 2014 - NOA2 (54 days after NOA1)

17 January 2014 - USCIS Shipped to NVC

29th January 2014 - NVC Recieved and assigned Case #

4th February 2014 - Abu Dhabi Embassy Recieved our case and the status is now "READY" for interview

24th September 2014 - Interview date - FINGERS CROSSED!

i got my noa2 nov 5 and im still waiting for my case number
