Hi Everyone...

I already got my interview schedule and currently preparing for all the documents needed. I have one question though, since we were issued an RFE for a co-sponsor (which we already submitted). Now, I've been reading here that they might ask for an Affidavit of Support from my husband. Does our co-sponsor need to give us again another Affidavit of Support & Letter of Employment even if we sent them all the documents they needed? Won't they have the previous documents that were sent to them? Just wondering...so we can inform our co-sponsor in advance. Thanks a lot!

If not much time has elapsed then you don't need a fresh I864 and supporting docs etc. - as in our case - I was asked if anything had changed since the filing of the application (I was sponsoring my wife) I told him "No" and that was all we were asked about the I864. Good Luck
