Interesting question. Instruction 2 says that a US citizen can petition for a married son or daughter of any age, but instruction 7 does not provide any information for what documentation is required for sons or daughters.

Note that in the world of immigration, 'child' and 'son or daughter' have specific meanings defined in the INA. I don't know whether a married child is a 'child' or becomes a 'son' or 'daughter' as a result of the marriage.

You are likely going to have a lot more questions about your situation - I recommend a consultation with an immigration attorney with experience in family-based immigration to review the details of your situation and the whole of the immigration process. Get yourself a comprehensive review up-front, not piecemeal.

when filing petition for married child , do I have to send G325-A and photo also. In the instruction I do not see any thing like this.Can anybody help me.
