Hello Everyone!

My wife entered the United States on a K1 visa from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are currently living in St. Louis, MO, but are relocating to Bentonville, AR the end of this month. All of her paperwork up until this point (we haven't filed AOS yet) has listed her address as the one we are currently residing at in St. Louis, MO (parents home).

We plan to wait to file AOS from our new address in Arkansas to save any confusion of an address change midstream in the AOS process.

My question: since we have not filed AOS yet, does an AR-11 Change of Address form need to be filed for my wife (noncitizen) and/or myself (USC)?

Thanks very much in advance.

Happy Holidays!

Yes, she is an Alien in the country and as such needs to notify USCIS when moving, even if across town.

This has to be done within 10 days of moving by law..

AR-11

In the future after AOS, you would file the AR-11, along with I-865 form. This will have to be done any time you move until your spouse naturalizes.
