*Im currently living in the philippines, how long will I receive the notice from NVC?

Ok so I have another issue,, my i130 got approved on may 30, filed for my daughter separate petition for her and got approved on dec 10 and shipped to DOS today dec 13, Mine is not updated. don't know why. ANYONE??

Transfer spreadsheets show quite a few November transferred cases pending at NSC. Is this really the case? When can we expect approval for Dec 4 transferred case at NSC?

USCIS Update on I-130 Processing

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is now routing most stand-alone I-130s from the National Benefits Center to the Nebraska, Texas, and California Service Centers. Jurisdiction will be determined by the available resources of each service center and not the petitioner’s address, which is the typical determining factor. USCIS states that this workload shift is intended to reduce the I-130 backlog. Transfer notices will be sent to petitioners and attorneys for any cases that are transferred.
