If you look at my timeline my PD is July 2nd. On our transfer notice, there is no mention of the 60 days before you can request an update that I have been reading about.

The 60 days technically doesn't apply to us because we are still within ``current processing times``. We also tried to complete a service request online and it wasn't accepted because of the current processing time. For NSC, you can't put in a service request for petitions after Feb 12, 2013 at the moment.

I am not the only USC I-130 petition that has a PD in July that was transferred to Nebraska in Sept and is still pending...

Very frustrated right about now like so many but I keep trying to remain positive.

We have not heard anything on our case for 8 months after we received our I-130 receipt & our K-3 receipt. On Dec 4th got a text with update out Adjustment of Status Application was transfered to a service center for processing. Then Dec 5th early morning another text our Adjustment of Status was transfered to a Local Office, and before noon another text that our case has been transfered to a USCIS Office. Got in the mail Dec 10th, our case was transfered to Nebraska. Also, the lawyer expedited our k-3 and was transfered to an officer and would have a decision by Dec 7th (Saturday), the lawyer call on Dec 9th, got a rude reception and told we don't have an answer & have another 30 days for processing so call back in 30 days. Question....did no one show up for work at immigration in the last 10-12 months? This is getting ridiculous. Anyone else in the same boat?

Newbie, we are all in the same boat.

Most people have had their I-130 transferred and received the same or similar notice. The processing time once transferred is 30-60 days. My paperwork was transferred to Nebraska on Nov 16th, filed on March 29th, and I expect to hear a response no later then January 16th. I would realistically expect your response to be by February 10th according to your timeline above.

Its hard to believe that the governments offices are diligently working away around the holidays. Best of luck to you.
