Any I-130 case here got transfer to Nebraska Service Center

My PD April 2,2013, Transferred on the 14th, got hard-copy on Nov 19th. Have not received anything yet, hoping to get something soon though.

i am a JUN 20 PD and got my notice today that I was transferred to Nebraska on 21 Nov

Hi were same PD june 20 and tranferred on nov.20

I applied last year in Oct 2012 and I got transfer to NSC in august since that nothing happen just waiting

Did you receive a note with the transfer hard copy saying your case should be adjudicated within 60 days? Did you call them?

Yes I did receive the hard copy I call them every week but they give me the time u have to wait 30 days then I call them again they said u have to wait 45 days its been 4 months now nothing happen

Wow, that's crazy. Did you get an RFE by any chance? What did they have to say about the 60 day thing? I'd call them daily. Also, get in touch with your congress people and the ombudsman.

No they never ask me for RFE.

That's crazy, you are way outside of normal processing times. Call and ask for a tier 2 and get a service request AT THE VERY LEAST.

Transferred to Nebraska from Vermont on Sept 12 and still waiting. NOA1 was July 2 2013.

I only got an acknowledgement but not a confirmation.

Yes we did get a confirmation via e-mail 5 days after my husband had called them back on Aug 14th. We also saw that when we received the transfer notice to Nebraska that there was no longer a Priority Date listed on it. On the NOA1 there was a date because my husband was an LPR at the time.

Here is what was stated in the body of the e-mail:

You contacted us to inform us that, when you filed your Form I-130 relative petition, you were a permanent resident and that you recently became a U.S. citizen. Congratulations on your citizenship. We have updated your relative petition to reflect that you are now a U.S. citizen. As a result, your petition is now in a new visa category as the immediate relative of a U.S. Citizen and is in active processing. We process each kind of case in the order we receive them. You can use our processing times to estimate when we will make a decision on your case. Thank you for your reply. I never got an email like that. I only got a confirmation letter in the mail that a service request was opened after I called them and they gave me a service request number. Even after 40 days of receiving that mail, I didnt get any confirmation letter or email. So i called then again and they told me to email the NSC. I am waiting for their reply.

They updated the petition without any documentation. They will require a copy of it when we get to the NVC stage.

Nope, nothing asked and no email address asked. As I said, they only sent me a letter that acknowledge my request and nothing since then. Hopefully my new enquiry should fix this. Thanx.

Hi I have the same case with my daughter i130, On November 19 it was transfered to Nebraska Service Center. We are hoping to get our approval soon. Finger Crossed
