i-129F for k3 visa sent to the NBC. Why ?

My I-130 is at NBC and NOI-1 date is Aug 12,2013.

I filed I-129F for k3 visa and they sent my application to NBC. NOi-1 date is Nov-19,2013.

As of I know NBC is not accept I-129F.

What should I do to transfer my case to CSC.

Well I don't think there is a thing you can do.

From what I read in this forum and what I was told by a tier 2 (USCIS customer service supervisor), the I-129F is attached to teh I-130 and they both move together.

So all teh I-129F petitions are routed to teh NBC for processing.

I'm in the same boat also.

I spoke to a tier 2 last week and he told to call beack after 5 months of the PD date of the I-129F.

He also said: " honestly, I doubt they gonna honor the I-129F".

I will call them next month or early January (5 months over on 26-Dec-2013), but I really don't think anything is gonna change.

I hope they will approve our I-130 before March, 2014.

You cannot transfer it. That is what happens when you try for the K3. The I-129F is most often paired up with the I-130, they are adjudicated together and sent to the NVC together. The NVC will close the I-129F and you will be on the CR1 route.

It happens 99% of the time.
