I am doing my best not worry, but this seem very bad to me. I received this email today, four days after my initial transfer from NBC to Texas. I never received a decision so I am confused as to why I would have post-decision activity? Why would they need to review it again when they never reviewed it in the first place? Why did the state department have it?

yay!! I hope I get email tomorrow!!! mine was transferred to Nebraska on the 22nd.

I got an email like that but it said I was approved and told the date of approval.

Go to the USCIS website and re enter your receipt number and under post decision

activity it should tell you the date you were approved/ denied and in about a week you

should receive your NOA2. Best of luck to you.

Hello..I got the same status update and I was like "whoahhh???!!" And then few hours after I was switched back again to initial review with the same notice just like yours. I was transferred too 4 days ago but I didnt get the letter yet. So up to now..im not really sure if my case went to texas. But its giving me a high hope when I also see some status same as mine. Hope we can have our noa2 very soon.

ok, mine was a little different. first e-mail was alien registration was changed on Nov 22

Then another on Nov. 22 stating I-130 was approved (about 3 hours later. And was mailed the same day

also stated might go to NVC or State Dept.

But, nothing definite was stated what's happening to it.....still confusing me?

I spoke with Tier 2 earlier today. They said they have no record of my file being sent back and forth to the NVC. They said it was probably a clerical error. I will receive and email by December 1st detailing what actually happened. She said there is a small, very small, chance that it was approved then sent back by the NVC. Given that this happened to other people on the same day from the same batch, I doubt that is what occurred.
