AOS checklist item: documentation establishing your eligibility

Hi all,

In the checklist for my AOS interview, one of the items says:

All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status

This seems very vague. Does anyone know what this actually means?

Marriage to US citizen within 90 days of entry on K-1 visa is what establishes your eligibility, along with the K-1 visa it self.

Did you look at the instructions that come with the I-485 form? It's explained there what documentation should be submitted to establish eligibility......

My wife's AOS interview is coming up next month, and I had the same question. I would bring your complete back up copy of the AOS application, assuming you made one, including all original documentation, such as passports, birth certificates, etc.....
