Tried to schedule interview online but the first available date is pass my approval validity period, what to do?

MY approval notice is valid from 09/13/2013 to 01/12/2014, the first most available date is february 10,2014 and this is pass my validity period. what should I do? will it matter?

Embassies can extend the validity for up to one year, at 4 month periods, so the date in itself is not all that worrisome. I do not know, however, if that is done automatically or if you need to contact the embassy for that. Hope some members more experienced with the Manila embassy can help with that.

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

do you hve your mnL case number already? if not. call national visa center and ask for it. they will provide u with that information. once u have ur mnl number, check the status online www.ceac.state.gov and if the petition is ready, have ur fiancee go to st lukes website amd fill up the online form and print 2 copies. then go to ustraveldocs website and download the payment form ( mrv 240$) pay it at any bpi then schedule ur appointment for interview. ur fiancee can walk in to st lukes once u have ur mnl case number and have her medical. if u schedule ur interview make sure its atleast a week after the medical bec slec will forward ur fiancee medical record to embassy. if her medical record is mot there yet and u have schedule an interview, the consul might ask u to reschedule. the medical takes 2 days the most. you do not have to wait for the letter coming from the embassy because it takes 48 years before it arrives lol. once u have ur mnl, its rocka n roll time. good luck.!

As of today, that is the earliest date however you may want to check everyday. This usually changes everday depending on the rescheduling or cancellation that others do.

08-16-2013 Alien registration number changed

08-19-2013 NOA1 hard copy received

09-03-2013 NOA2 Approval - Email Notification Received

09-05-2013 NOA2 Hard Copy Received

10-16-2013 MNL Case Number Received/ NVC received

10-21-2013 Left NVC

10-22-2013 Consulate Received

11-09-2013 Embassy Letter Received

11-18-2013 Medical at St. Luke's

12-06-2013 Embassy Interview - Approved

12-13-2013 Visa Issued

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
