Hello

I have a question on i-134 ,i was employed until may 2013 , after that i joined the business as a full time active partner, what paperwork do i need to send it with my 134 form.

Supposedly it should be 1099 however 2013 is not yet for filing so only your W2 2012. You may want to include a copy of your bank statements, etc.

05-21-2014 Email and Text Confirmation received
