It is hard to tell. For a while CSC was issuing the conditional GC without an interview but I have seen a few now that have had interviews or are scheduled to have the interview. You might try a timeline search to see what others are experiencing. For us, Claudeth's petition was transferred to CSC in the middle of January and she was approved a month later.

Not sure, we recieved our approval after 2 months. i would deffinatly call them and see whats going on with your case.

There's a CSC thread you can check out. You'll probably want to add yourself to the list. It looks like your case is an outlier, though, in that it's taking longer than most cases do. You may be stuck in FBI namechecks, if the beneficiary has a common name.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.
