Pedophile gutted by inmates after bragging about rape of child

The argument that slitting all their throats will cut prison costs may hold true, but in the spirit of our forefathers, such an approach is dangerously close to creating a cruel and violently unecessary form of justice system that went away with the appropriately named Dark Ages (like that as seen in Braveheart).

I think we ought to strive for something more civilized. And we need to just accept that prisons will always exist, and there will always be a contingent of society that belongs in them. There are always going to be people that go beyond normal behavior and will break basic laws such as stealing, rape, and murder. It's a fact of human nature. And it doesn't matter where or when on Earth, every society, anywhere has to accept this fact and budget accordingly. Always has been, always will be. It isn't any different between one country or another.

The reason the United States has the highest incarceration percentage than any other country in the world is not because we have a greater number of these types of criminals, but because we throw a larger percentage of people in prison for reasons that we SHOULDN'T be throwing them in prison for or for laws that shouldn't be laws. That is the real issue, and should be dealt with accordingly. That will help cut prison costs and solve the overcrowding issue.

Because there will always be a certain contingent of violent and sickening criminals that deservingly get thrown in prison no matter what.

I'm not condoning the violent way they killed him. But they didn't have the luxury of a silenced pistol or a sniper rifle from 1,000 m away. They used what they had, and made SURE the job was finished. Justice for a child rapist. Forgive me if I don't shed a tear for the way it went down.

Kinda like this story about ole Nidal Hasan who killed some of my fellow soldiers. Seems he is "getting his" inside while he waits for his execution:

And I hope it continues. Such a coward deserves what he gets. And to think Obama forced the legal system to downplay the Muslim terrorist angle. Shame on him, yet again.

What you seem to believe is that it's perfectly fine for incarcerated inmates to go around killing each other as long as every now and again one of the victims is a child molester. That's not a very rational point of view nor does it take into account any of the responsibilities that the US has toward its incarcerated population. It's like you completely misunderstand the point of the criminal justice system.

I have no idea what you are referring to with the downplaying muslim terrorist stuff. I guess as long as you can have a quick stab at Obama you are good to go. Very odd.

If you took time to know The Truth™ behind the Nidal Hasan case, you'd understand. I don't "take stabs" at Obama so much as point out his mistakes. His strong allegiance to Muslims surfaces every now and again.

What you don't seem to understand is that in some countries, they cut the hands off of thieves. Not only do said thieves tend not to steal again, it deters others who might steal. And the low life males that rape women lose certain appendages, and they also never commit the crime again. Barbaric? Maybe. But it is effective, and very low-cost to the government. Don't forget that 100 short years ago, men in our country killed each other for as little as the accusation of a lie or infidelity. We have become so soft towards criminals that it is clogging our justice system. People who choose to operate outside the societal norms should not lead pampered lives, eating 3 meals a day, with a roof over their heads, and libraries, internet, weight rooms, and TV. You and I pay for those amenities, twice. Once for ourselves, and once for them.

Whether or not you think it is a solution, I am smart enough to know it goes on every day in prison. Sometimes not to the fatal level, true. But in this case, it was justified. Pedophiles do not deserve to live. If our country killed them all, it would set a precedent that MIGHT make potential criminals think twice about the crime; and if it didn't, it would ensure that the prisons are not overpopulated with that kind of trash.

This is a shameful post.

People actually cheer this kind of behavior?

Of course. Because they are sick individuals who are willing to justify anything so long as they can rationalise that the victims deserved it.

It's psychotic, depraved and juvenile.

Really? I've yet to see a Quran or hear Obama say anything outside of being a Christian. But, if he was a Muslim, what would be the problem? Are all Muslims terrorists?

Strong allegiance to Muslims? I see. Moving swiftly along.

What YOU seem to fail to understand is that the US criminal justice system does not run along the lines outlined and even if it did, such punishments would be carried out by the authorities by due process not by criminals in prisons on an ad hoc basis.

What the inmates did was illegal, they MURDERED a man. . Whatever you might think about that man and whether he deserved his fate, this is not a good thing.

BTW I am quite happy that my tax dollars fund prisons that conform to minimum standards and prisoners are minimum standards of care. I like living in the US BECAUSE it is a country that believes in little things like human rights for all and does not strip criminals of these rights and just in case you are confused, there is no party in the US that proposes anything different. Your views are not even slightly right of main stream, they are off the charts right wing extremist.
