Why others who just filed recently an I-130 petition are approve faster than ours who did file it months and months ago.

Our case was never move and touch. We did try all; check it, follow up, call the tier 2, write to a senator but still nothing. It is already our first wedding anniversary on January 12, 2014 and were still apart from each other. This is so depressing. =(

I can't really understand this. Hey guys do you have sentiments like mine? Feel free to post here.

Holy cow... Have you called and requested a service request? You're way outside of the normal processing time. You should probably call the USCIS tomorrow and get them working on it and find out what the problem is!

Everyone, I feel your pain and I hope this doesn't come out the wrong way but I appreciate you sharing your feelings. It has been very hard for me and I had been sad for the last few weeks now that the second Christmas apart is coming...

I think that it is not the long time per se that affects me but the uncertainty and long, vague periods of time for processing each step (around 6 weeks for this, visa bulletin for that, retrogression this, RFE that... it is depleting and stressing). My best wishes to everyone, I know we all have bad days (I had my share) but hang in there.

Yes, I understand your feeling. It's so unfair for us. I have been waiting for NOA2 for more than 8 months. And our case has been transferred to TSC on 8Nov. And the notice we received said, "if we didn't get other notice or decision within 60days, we can contact with USCIS office." Hope we can get P2 this month. Let's pray for our P2 togetherrolleyes.gif

Me and my wife used the K-1 process, please, VJ"ers, all should pursue this avenue of immigration, IF possible, a I-130 is so un-predictable, you just never know, yes, some sacrifices have to be made toward each others family regards, BUT, the K-1 IF possible is the way to go, even though it took our's

10 months and 4 days, (Sputum Farce).,.,., but we are happily married now.

My heart felt feelings go to I-130 people, as there is NO.., reasoning to what is going on now!!!

Ryan H,

What was the bickering posts? Was something there I did not read, or maybe I just do not understand, take care! The Raven.

Sorry but yes, I am also confused... for my future reference, did we violate any rule? what is considered bickering?

**Bickering is back and forth arguing between two or more members that detracts from the overall discussion of the topic. Neither of you two have done that in this thread.**
