im april petitioner, yesturday i checked my case status online it showes....

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

what does it mean?its a good signal or not?How sooner we can get our NOA2?any idea.

my wife got harf copy notice that our case was transfer to Nebraska Service Center on 15th-Nov-13.

what are their processing time??they are slow or average?they also mention that we will have to receive mam till 60 days,does thay take total 60 days or we can get our NOA2 sooner..............

my wife got it on 9/19/2013. when I called they said wait minimum of 180 days after transfer then call.

I suggest that you should be checking with your I-130 monthly group in in the IR1/CR1 progress reports sub forum to see what's up with transfers.

We have seen approvals around three weeks after transfers. Good luck

Kalloo but they clearly mention on hard copy that our NOA2 will be finalized with in next 60 days (MAX 60 days) ,why they take 180 days from u?

Noa2 can come after 2 weeks or 2 months

My file got touched after being transfered to California service center .. exactly after 11 day but others are still waiting and its been a month no approval yet. I got an RFE and we have sent the documents asked.

and after getting NOA2 ,what will be the ramaining time to complete the process .Any idea???

A few months for forms and document intake at the NVC. If you mess up on any of the forms it takes another month for the review. Then you have to wait for an interview. There is an interview thread and you can contact dwheels about time frames that Pakistan normally has to wait for interviews after a case compete from the NVC.
