You posted late evening on a Saturday night, give it a few days before complaining no-one is helping you.....

It will take about a year for the process itself (filing to interview) considering you are a young man from a Muslim country, you may get AP (additional secruity checks) after the interview, so 1-2 years overall. Once you get the visa, you have 6 months to use it.

Or It Doesn`t Matter If I Sent My File To Uscis Before 21 ??

Why isn't father filing for all of you now? Given that it takes close to a year just to get I-130 approved, it would be better if he filed now so you have a place in line. That would be 4 I-130 petitions and their fees.

He Can't Make that because he is in egypt now and will go to usa on june !!

if he can to send our paper to any friend in unit states can this friend make the process for him !? or it must make it ?

what is the better for me .. that my father fill and send the 4 petion in one time or fill it for me only and the other's in another year ??

Of course he can - petitions filed from overseas are accepted all the time. Same thing completing a petition, collecting all the evidence needed and enclosing a personal check for payment overseas or in the US. I'd go with filing all four at the same time but up to your father how he wants it done.

Did your father even read the www.uscis.gov/I-130 and http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-130instr.pdf

Now this got me thinking - if he is a USC, when did he get a citizenship? Based on what you wrote, at least the 7 yr old brother should be a USC based on CRBA, no? Hope the father knows he is obligated to file a tax return on all worldwide income with IRS every year - tax transcripts will be required further down the line.

really Thank You All Very Much :)

Finally Now I Have 2 Question

If My My Father Sent My Petition Now Or Sent It In June The Time To Get The Visa Still From 1 To 2 Year Or There Is Diffrence Between January ( Because I Still 18) And June ( I Will Be 19 ) ??

The Time That Taken To Make Interview Change If My Father Petition Me Alone Or Petition For My Family With Me .. Or It Will Take 1 Year To Make The Interview ?

If My Father Make Petition To all Of Us .. W Make The Interview At The Same Time .. Or Each One Of Them Alone and Each One Of Them Take Visa Depend On It`s Case And Age ??

Ok, STOP with the strange capitalization of every single word - makes me not want to read your topic.

Father files for you all now - petitions sent from Egypt to Chicago lockbox, nothing strange there, done all the time. Reason being by the time he moves back to the US in June, your petitions can go through USCIS - it takes a while to get it approved. Then once approved, petitions will go to NVC for further processing before being sent to Cairo for interviews.

If the father has been a USC after the age of 14 and has proof he spent 5 yrs in the US (taxes, doctor notes, transcripts from school...) he can and should get CRBA for your 7-yr old brother. For that, book an appointment for American Citizen Services with the Cairo embassy. Details are here: http://egypt.usembassy.gov/consular/acs2.html and here: http://www.travel.state.gov/travel/living/living_5497.html

You won't have an issue as a child in USCIS terms is a person under age 21. This doesn't mean your father should delay filing the petitions.
