Does anyone have a sample employment letter for the NVC? I know it has to be on company letterhead etc. I just want to know what format to give to HR. Thanks!

Does it matter if I've switched departments? I used to be in project management and now I am in support, but my salary has not changed.

It doesn't matter... just go to your payroll department and request a employment letter...

An employment letter may not even be necessary if you include pay stubs that show your annual salary (not just year to date.) We did that.
