Huh? Getting approved in under 30 days?? Which petitions are those? Because I have seen no such approvals of I-130s lately. Are you sure you're not confusing them with I-129Fs? Just curious.

I have read of at least such two such alleged I-130s recently. One caused a accusatory cries of troll were shouted. I asked OP to post his NOAs but as of yet none come forth.

OP, stop focusing too much on fast immigration. Choose that path that works for you and your intendeds position.

Can you elaborate on this matter please? What exactly is this speed of approvals? I am interested. The big problem for my fiance is that she is not allowed to stay for more than 90 days in my country and I am not allowed to visit her in the USA. We really want to solve this as soon as we can.

The waiting is what it is. You can check out the timelines at the top of the webpage and see what each service center is doing for each of the visa types. Just click on the "Immigration Timelines" in the blue bar at the top of the website.

I feel your pain but I could only visit for 30 days and my fiancée was lucky enough to get a tourist visa to visit the US. There are those from countries that can visit at will and there are those that cannot visit at all. It is part of the process. The wait time is the wait time and there is really nothing you can do about it accept be lucky and apply when your type of visa is being processed quickly. By quickly I mean in the 4-6 month time frame rather than the 7-12 month time frame.

Just remember that a fiancée is not married and a spouse is and that the K-1 is for a fiancée and the CR-1/IR-1 is for a spouse.
