Hi,

I will be filing my removing of conditions at the end of this month, as it hits the first 90 days before my green card expires.I downloaded the form and I found out that the form now is more easier to fill up.

I have a quick question to ask. Does a longer vacation (5 months) consider a residency? there is a question in Part 1 number 22 that ask "if you have resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident?" I went back to the Philippines to visit my family and finish my school matters. What will I answer in this question?

Another important question that I am going to ask to all the VJ's out here. My 2yr Green Card was named different because the middle name is my mother's maiden name not my maiden name when I was a single. It is our customary that when you get married your maiden name becomes your family name. Is it possible that I change my middle name into my maiden name when I file my lifting of conditions? Or do I need to wait for my naturalization to change this? There is a problem that will occur if i won't change my middle name soon because my passport is about to expire. I am sure that when I will renew my passport my middle name is my maiden name.

Is there anybody out there who experience the same thing? What did you do to fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Anne
