Hello

I want to know that what is supposed to be written on the bank letter from bank officer for adjustment of status. Does it have to have average balance on the bank letter and what is it based on ( like 3 months or 6 months or sth) ?

Depends on what you need a bank letter for. It is not a requirement to have a bank letter, so what you need it for would be a factor in what you would need it to say.

I noticed your other thread from last month, and I wanted to just let you know that yes, it is a problem that your husband filed single after you were married. He needed to file married jointly or married separately, not single. He should get his 2012 taxes amended. He could file to get you an ITIN in order to file the taxes with you http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/General-ITIN-Information
