since you filed your i 129F they will highlight the first circle and so on until they finished the process

THE NOTICES OF ACTION NOA 2 say that the I129F was approved and will be informed to the NVC to be

process however they put only valid until the 28 of january of 2014 if I do not use it i will be FFFFFFFFFFF

and then I have to start from the beginning again. In other words the NOA 2 have dead line time.

But do not worry you will be have time to get the intervier at the embassy before the NOA 2 expire... for example

I have expiration date in my NOA 2 on Jan 28, 2014 and I have interview for Dec.4,2013 more that a month difference.

We are TSC and received NO2 in the 2nd week in November.

Our USCIS Case Status Update still says " .....we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F Petition for Fiance(e)

Should I wait until the post activity decision changes to what your USCIS Case Status Photo shows before calling the NVC to find out our Case Number?

I would really like to know what's happening, I'm getting a bit overwhelmed waiting.

How would we know when to schedule an interview or do we just wait until the embassy contact the beneficiary our documentation arrives?

Help Please!sleepy.gif

YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU KNOW THE NEW NUMBER THAT THE NBV WILL GIVE YOU ,,,,, WITH THIS NUMBER YOU WILL CALL OR CHECK FOR THE

STATUS OF YU APPLICATIONS AT THE NVC ... THEY ARE LITTLE BEHIND THEREFORE DO NOT SPECTING QUICK RESOULTS.

WHEN THE NVC TELLS YOU THAT YOU CASE WAS SENT TO THE AMERINS EMBASSY ... YOU HAVE TO CALL THE EMBASSY TO DOUBLE CHECK IT

AFTER THAT SEPARATE YOUR APPOITMENT AT THE EMBASSY ... FOLLOW THE PAYMENTS AND CALENDAR SELCTION OF THE DAYS ...
