Now i want to know what does this mean? How many time to need for my visa interview? I want also know what is confirmation number? Anyone please help. thank you

Dear Runat: it's difficult to make an assumption what stage you are in the F2A process and you don't have a timeline for us to make an assumption. However if you are talking about the interview at Dhaka Embassy, it usually happens/takes place once unless asked otherwise. You are approved of the interview means good. You are good and you have to be in the queue for visa stamping. About that confirmation number, I am not sure but could be internal to embassy for their tracking purpose.

Sorry I wish I could provide much more meaningful and insightful information :-(
