Designated Civil Surgeon in St. Louis, MO

Anybody who have had their Supplemental form to I-693 filled up by a USCIS designated Civil Surgeon in St. Louis, MO? I've got the list from the USCIS website and my phone card is about to run out, so far the lowest quote I've got is $100, just for the darn signature!!! On top of it, we have to drive 3 hours, one way. There's one a lot closer to where we live but they charge $175!!! Anybody knows a good one in St. Louis area? Will really appreciate it.

Thanks for the info! I did some more calling yesterday after I posted and yeah I called that office where you had yours done and they still charge $50. I called the office below and I was told they charge $15 for what I need. (I asked more than once if it's really 15 bucks only!) I really hope I was given the right info! I talked to a certain "Shannon" from the billing department.
