I would still call and ask directly if you can do it in person. Explain that you already have plane tickets bought and are afraid the passport won't get back to you in time. You have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain.

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

thank you but every time we call them they instruct us to email them and they want us to mail it to them. :/ but good news is he talked to the travel agency today and all he would have to do is pay the difference of a new ticket of maybe $100-$200 so its not as bad as we thaught BUT i need him here so bad i miss him so muchcray5ol.gif but its mailed out and they only anwser by email and that usually takes 2 weeks before they reply so all we can do is wait i guess. it will be at the councelate tomorow for sure thats what the tracking shows. Thank you for reading and replying. <3<3<3luv.gif

((UPDATE)) my fiance got an email from Frankfirt today saying they have canceled the first visa and the second one is all set to go and they mailed i out today!! hopefully he gets it now on time for this sunday!! should be DHL express so im thinking by wensday he should get it im so releived and excited its been a long 7 months of waiting!! :)dancin5hr.gifluv.gifwub.pnggood.gif
