Yeah just to add my complaint to it I have not been touched either since 11/27 I need my EAD so I can renew my DL otherwise I will be in trouble . Cant drive illegally!? Anyway we have all got to wait until they finish Christmas shopping and gift wraping and then MAYBE they will get back to work. :blink::wacko::blush::innocent::whistle:

well i hope that after this christmas season those people will get back to work and approve some cases

8/16/06 Overnighted AOS and AP applications (no EAD, since I won't need it until next year).

8/17/06 Delivered at 12:44pm (Chicago lockbox).

8/24/06 All 3 checks cashed.

8/26/06 Received NOA. I485, I130 and I131 are online.

8/29/06 All 3 touched.

9/2/06 Biometrics appointment received.

Have most of you received a touch after biometrics? Our last touch was before biometrics.

There has been no pattern noticed on this forum of touches (or updates) before or after biometrics. Some have, but certainly not all, and I'd go so far to say not most.
