who has been denied at the interview?

I would like to hear from those whose visas were denied... what caused them to deny it?

My now Wife was denied a Fiancee visa.

She gave a wrong answer to a pertinent question.

My suggestion is for you to study the documents that you provided and be able to answer any questions from there.

I hope that wont happened to us. Reading from one member here saying his Fiancee (K1) was denied because of big age gap and they were into a relationship though he was not yet officially divorced. Could that be a big issue? I remembered my husband was interviewed on phone by a USCIS lady and he was asked why we decided to get married after four months he was just divorced? Me and my hubby are matured enough and no big age difference. Just five years. Im just thinking, are we not allowed to enter another relationship if you are not yet totally divorced though the couple are separated long time ago?

You should show in your evidence that you were separated that relationship long ended. No they frown upon couples that started something when they didn’t end it. If you don’t tell them how they know you just aren’t out looking for love and just cheating..

I have many friends been separated just didn’t divorce than they meet their international love and filed papers some 8 years after separation but they had hat documented some even an affidavit from ex-spouse saying marriage was over long ago and such.
