i paid my green card fee online on uscis website on november 19,2013 but still its showing that

"Your application/petition has been accepted and is pending review."
please help me is this normal or do i have to contact uscis for confirmation because money is deducted from my account on the same day.

any help really appreciated......thanks in advance

You haven't traveled to the USA yet so they can't do anything about your green card. Until you POE in the USA you will not receive a green card because you're not an LPR until that point.

If you have traveled to the USA it takes 1-3 months (closer to 3 at the moment) to receive the green card in the mail.
