Oh and the value term, are you entering the date correctly?

K1 visas don't have a priority date, those are only for specific types of other visas. The priority date box on your NOA-2 will be blank. If the website requires you to put in something, just use the date you received the NOA-2.

Priority date isn't used with the K-1, but the K-1 does have a priority date. Just the same a date is needed to complete the process.

Hi guys thanks all for the quick response.I got it right finally...but it saddens me that its gonna take more than 2 months before I see my love one as he will come on our interview , which is gonna be on feb3.All our plans are ruined just cause there's no available slots from now to feb2.We planned on going to US before the end of the year and do stuffs we talked about. This is so sad and on feb 3 it will be 11 months of us not being with each other :((.

That is tough, but be happy you have a date set now and instead of being sad about the few months you still are apart, look forward to the rest of the lifetime that you will be together. Good luck at the interview!

I was feeling the same. Earliest being Feb 3rd. and we were hoping for at least new years together. I keep checking the website and took the very risky move when I saw Dec 6 comes up as available. So I got very lucky. Remember though can only reschedule twice!! So if you risk and reschedule, you lose your old one and then can only reschedule 1 more which might now be a couple more days/weeks then what you already had.
