Is anything on the house in your name? Utilities? Cable bill? The water heater? Anything?

If not, collect a decent amount of mail that has been sent to the both of you at that address. Make sure that the mail spans the time of you living together, and if it is addressed to the both of you, that's great. Include a sample of important, and unimportant mail. Do either of you have magazine subscriptions? They should have been sent there.

Get a sworn affidavit from your sister that you and your wife both live there as a married couple. If you have parents who can write an affidavit, that is good to include too.

Thank you much! Do you have a sample of sworn afidivit??

This sample from the guide here on VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/USCIS_I751_Affidavit.doc

Remember to get any sworn affidavit notarized.
