THANK YOU GOD somebody else said it first...... I think they should all be sent back to where they came from and if they want to come back, apply like everyone else PLAIN AND SIMPLE. OH, and pay a hefty fine because they broke the law before they could ever be let back in. PERIOD ! ! ! ! I don't feel sorry for them in the least bit.

our county extends so many priviledges to them, why should they leave....???

OMG I am so sick of hearing about the provisional waiver and DACA. Its all for votes. Whoever get the illegals to be legal gets the votes.... Its a dang shame how this country works. Any politician who votes for amnesty won't get my vote.

I would participate in anything that is against amnesty.

the point is, the USCIS processes the illegals first......

My point is to people who think your letter will hurt illegals and it will not since they get to live here with their families illegally and our families cannot wait with us while their apps are being processed.

Sorry but I have to leave now. I am going to pick up my Filipina wife from her second job. She has been here in US for 3 months now and has two jobs in the health care industry. She is paying taxes and a contributing member of society. Of course, she came here legally. And she makes well over the minimum wage! And she's already helping to support the illegal aliens that are here already. Ain't America great?!

God Bless us one and all

Glad you guys are doing well. THANK GOD

Filed: Lift. Cond. (pnd) Country: India
Timeline

Illegal aliens committed a crime and should face consequences for their criminal behavior. Why should the law be lenient on these crimes and not others? Not all illegals are innocent hard working "victims" as they are often portrayed on the media. Many force their way into this country to commit other crimes such as drug trafficking. What about diseases? Every immigrant who legally immigrates into this country must pass a medical exam. Illegals were not cleared medically before entering this country.
What about American citizens who have had their identities stolen and their lives turn into a living hell because an illegal alien stole their social security number and illegally used it?
This is not a black and white humanitarian issue.

I am the petitioner.

Overstaying your visa (The same as) - Someone asking to stay at your house for a week and never leaving

Entering the country without approval or documentation (The same as) - Someone you do not know either breaking into your house or entering your house without permission

DACA (The same as) - A stranger leaving a stranded child at your door "Your problem now"

Amnesty (The same as) - You adding a stranger to your house deed and tell them they can live there with you

USCIS placing priority on "illegals" (The same as) - Telling a stranger to eat your food first before your own children

I'm sure you get the drift if you just place it into more personal aspects...

well said

They're not down. They are living the American dream....illegally I might add. Only difference is most are not paying taxes and are taking jobs from LEGAL US citizens, including legal US immigrants.

Bull. There were a group of illegal immigrants here a few years ago that froze to death in the winter. They were living under the steps of an abandoned house because they couldn't find any place to live. They were working and paying taxes, including on everything they bought, but were paid slave wages. Being illegal meant that there were few options for them. Freezing to death, laying in the dirt, half-starved is NOT the American dream. They are human beings and they deserve to be treated with basic human compassion and decency.

If you want to stop employers illegally employing immigrants for wages, then you fine the ####### out of them, in increasingly large amounts, and then you fine them HUGELY and throw them in jail for YEARS. You don't let them off with basically no penalty, as that doesn't fix the problem.

But we're getting off-topic here. "Illegal" immigrants did not stick our petitions in cold storage for half a year. That's all on the USCIS. We should probably focus our ire on those who are actually responsible for it.

In this case, why did they leave their country only to come here and die?

They can solve ALL that by just going back... I don't feel sorry for any of them. They made a choice to come here. Go home if its not working for ya.... Nothing is free. They can be poor in their own country and live off their system not off of ours. Sorry... this topic is about bringing attention to the broken system... ILLEGALS are the reason the USCIS stopped processing our petitons so they could process theirs... Illegals aren't the whole reason but definitely part of it.

I spent many a years struggling to raise my 3 kids and pay my mortgage and keep a car running and paying for food and everything else. I never once took advantage of the welfare system ( which is there as a relief for the USC's) Why should my tax dollars pay for them????? and I know for dang sure I wouldn't go to another country illegally with my kids and expect them to jump in and pay my way.

I'm in! Let's make noise and continue to make noise. And there IS a point to all of this. Yes, we got a PR response from USCIS because they want us to sit down and shut up. The more noise we make, the more attention we'll get.

Immigration is a hot topic and to the common American, illegal Immigration is what comes to mind. We have an opportunity to let the public know that law abiding US citizens going about the immigration system legally are suffering!

I'm ready to make more noise!!

"Illegals" were the reason, but it just as easily could have been any other immigrant class that got prioritized above us. Again, if you conflate what happened with "illegal" immigration or being against amnesty, you will lose a lot of the support that you had before, and lose the focus needed to get things done. The DACA petitioners are not to blame. The USCIS is. THEY DECIDED TO SCREW US OVER. We should put the blame on THEM. If we divert it to the DACA petitioners, then the USCIS doesn't have to change a damn thing. They can do this over and over again because we're too busy blaming people who have no power to decide whose petitions are processed. Perhaps this is even why they chose to do this, because the dissension it would cause in the ranks would make it so we would NOT be able to organize and create actual change. (I wouldn't put it past them.)

There are plenty of other groups who are already organizing to work against amnesty. You could go join them in their efforts if you really think that will accomplish what you want it to.

I strongly suggest against the I130 Petitioner's Committee joining in on this. I will not participate if it does. None of my family or friends will either. I do not think this is the proper way to attempt to effect change in this situation.

Sorry, gotta go my baby is crying.
