I'm sorry, but I will not participate in this mass emailing/faxing nor will I recruit anyone to do so. I do not like how lots of people here attack illegal immigrants. There needs to be a way to process ALL applications quickly and fairly, not putting some people underneath others. We're all human beings after all.

I don't think anyone should be attacking illegal immigrants but I do think the system should be fair. We all paid for the processing and did things the right way and it should have been handled in a way that meant people who took the legal route would be prioritised. Keeping US citizens apart from their spouses for far longer than they would have been because of DACA should really be seen as unacceptable. I'm not saying that it is even the fault of USCIS, the government knew the extra workload that DACA would create and should have provided extra resources to deal with it. This is why we should have a voice.

I am not saying that anyone should be put below others. All the government needs to do is ship evey single ILLEGAL alien out of this country. If they are here illegally they have no right to be here. That's why it is illegal. Try illegally entering and staying in another country for example Mexico. You can and most likely be put in prison. They ain't gonna pay for your trip back to your home country. Yes illegal aliens are human beings but they are here ILLEGALLY. Oh, but that's right you can't call them illegal aliens, we must call them illegal immigrants??? How does that make any sense? My wife is a PERMANENET RESIDENT ALIEN. But it is politically incorrect to call illegals alines. How does that work?

God Bless everyone, but send the illegal aliens home. Let them then apply like all the rest of us have here on VJ. Then if they are deemed suitable for citizenship they can re-enter. But that's just one mans opinion. Or does anyone else agree?

I will not participate in anything that attacks "illegal" immigrants. I'm not about to kick desperate people while they're down. That being said, I don't think that they should be prioritized above people who are doing things the legal way, either.

They're not down. They are living the American dream....illegally I might add. Only difference is most are not paying taxes and are taking jobs from LEGAL US citizens, including legal US immigrants.

But can't you see the difference here???? Illigal immigrants are here illegally!! Why should they be in the mix at all of getting approvals? They should go back to their home country and apply like we are all doing. Can you imagine how much time USCIS would have on their hands if they did not have to process, some say as many as 11 millions illegals here already? Processing times might be only weeks for those doing the right thing.

Does living the American dream and taking American jobs include working below the minimum wage and doing jobs most Americans wouldn't want to do?

Just curious.

Hey if you are working below minimum wage it might have something to do with the fact that you are allegal and should not be here. I don't support paying anyone below the minimum wage but that is a whole different story. If the illegals were not willing to accept those jobs the employers would just have to pay legal US citizens to do those jobs fair wages. Therefore they are taking jobs away from Americans. Makes sense huh? By the way are these illegal of which you speak paying income taxes??? I think not so I am supporting them in dozens of ways...

Sorry but I have to leave now. I am going to pick up my Filipina wife from her second job. She has been here in US for 3 months now and has two jobs in the health care industry. She is paying taxes and a contributing member of society. Of course, she came here legally. And she makes well over the minimum wage! And she's already helping to support the illegal aliens that are here already. Ain't America great?!

God Bless us one and all

Lets not forget some of them are here with their families while we are separated doing things right.

If it takes USCIS a couple of more months to process an application for someone who's already here so they can process applications faster for people who are separated, nobody is getting hurt.

THANK YOU GOD somebody else said it first...... I think they should all be sent back to where they came from and if they want to come back, apply like everyone else PLAIN AND SIMPLE. OH, and pay a hefty fine because they broke the law before they could ever be let back in. PERIOD ! ! ! ! I don't feel sorry for them in the least bit.

our county extends so many priviledges to them, why should they leave....???

OMG I am so sick of hearing about the provisional waiver and DACA. Its all for votes. Whoever get the illegals to be legal gets the votes.... Its a dang shame how this country works. Any politician who votes for amnesty won't get my vote.

I would participate in anything that is against amnesty.

Lets not forget some of them are here with their families while we are separated doing things right.

the point is, the USCIS processes the illegals first......

and if you make 11 million of them legal, how will that help? It will just make the USC have to fight that much harder to find a job in their own country. I'm so over this amnesty thing... and the illegals living the american dream meant for AMERICANS and those who came here legally
