Interview : 09-09-2010 Result :Administrative Processing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

Oh i m so happy for u dear....now your good days r about to start inshaAllah....plz pray for me too...and all of us in AP....

We got an update today....our last one was Dec 31 (due to email reply) and before that Dec 2nd....we get really depressed at times but then try to cheer up each other...

Plz all of u guys pray for me and for all of us in AP

30 jan 2014 was my last update and since then no update and no reply of email as i send them again mail on 5 of feb 2014 and bad news is we lost our co sponsor as he die in car accident .

Dear Aisha, i m really sorry to heat about ur co-sponsor...but carolyn is right...u should not give up...keep trying nd iAllah u will succeed...i ve specially prayed for u dear...i need ur prayers too and i know u always pray for me...:)

Has the DOS stopped dealing with the 'administrative processing' cases and moved that whole thing to the NVC?

Hi VJ’s,

I have been reading this topic and found very helpful. You guys are doing great and your positive attitude encourage me to discuss my issue with you.

I filed petition for my husband in 12/2010. After approval from UCIS & NVC & it was send to the embassy for interview, after interview they kept my husband on AP for 15 months and then they denied on 01/2013 for error of Pakistani municipal system.

We filed the case against Government , Municipal dept., and case is still in the Pakistani high court and in the meanwhile we contact the US embassy so many times, but unfortunately they seems like have no knowledge what so ever whatever they are doing .

They been so unprofessional, rude, ignorant, unfriend and clueless about their own job. As per embassy they already send our file back to USA but NVC or UCIS informed us they still don't have any updated information on our case. At CEAC our status still on AP We are so worry and not sure what to do, now in this situation how to find out where is our file, since embassy is totally failed to give us any proper answer.

Looking for your advice.

Carolyn...what was the date of your husband's last interview?

Has the DOS stopped dealing with the 'administrative processing' cases and moved that whole thing to the NVC?

Yes, DOS will no longer answer questions about immigrant visa status

Case updated again tofay but still in AP :'( .... Why the hell they just not issue the visa... My case was updated on interview date 4,5,8,10,11,12 so what does it look like is my visa will be issued soon or its just computer generated updating
